If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it AT NO COST TO YOU*. We will be happy to exchange it for you or give you a refund of the original purchase price (but not the original shipping cost) within 30 days

How this works:

  • Fill out the form below
  • Click SUBMIT. An electronic label in PDF form will automatically be downloaded by your browser, and also sent to you by email.
  • Open the downloaded PDF label and print it, or go to your email and open the attachment in the message from: eMerchandiseReturnAlert@uspsshippingapis.com and then print it. (please note: the email message you receive is from the US Postal Service, not from Leather Gloves Online)
  • Once you have printed the label, pack your gloves carefully so they are not folded or creased and apply the label to your package. Using clear tape is just fine. Be sure to include the invoice with your instructions for refund or exchange. Then drop in any mailbox.*
  • When we receive your package back, we will either refund the purchase amount (but not the shipping) to your original method of purchase (credit card, Amazon, Google, Paypal or check), or send you a replacement pair per your request. If we owe you any money we will refund it back to your original method of purchase. If you are exchanging for more expensive gloves we will charge your credit card on file for the difference. Amazon, PayPal, and Google Checkout customers must provide credit card information, including the security code, to exchange for more expensive gloves, as we are unable to add additional charges with these payment methods.

* The fine print: We only provide return shipping labels for shipments within the USA. This only works if you have access to email and you have a printer to print the label. We do not send labels through the US Mail. We gladly provide you return shipping once per order. If you want to return your gloves a second time for the same order, you may ship them at your cost. The US Postal Service does not allow packages weighing 13 ounces or more to be deposited in mailboxes. In the unlikely event that your package weighs more than 13 ounces, you must "hand it over the counter" at your post office.

Except in the case of a manufacturer's defect, gloves returned to us in used, folded, or unsellable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
